Carpet: St Tropea - Cat 3 Cat 3 underlay for the carpet Front door: Madison 104 with obscure glass Internal doors: atherton 4 panel Gloss white laminate kitchen cupboards Thanks LAC Re: cost of upgrades with PD 2Jan 16, 2011 9:36 pm Cat 6 bricks were $3.3k for a 29 square house and another $605 for off white mortar. This was around 6 mths ago so its probably changed but gives you a ball park Cat 3 carpet underlay was fairly cheap - around $3-400 Re: cost of upgrades with PD 3Jan 17, 2011 1:43 am Spino72 Hi about to start biulding with PD. These are very recent figures so hopefully this helps you out, as trying to get any idea of prices before tender can be very difficult. Best of luck Re: cost of upgrades with PD 6Jan 25, 2011 6:22 am building1 Spino72 Hi about to start biulding with PD. I do remember the girl at Hopetoun saying though that it was about $1500 to buy and varnish.
