Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 13, 2011 9:56 am Hi all, New to this forum and it's been a great reading up peoples feedback and experiences with building a new home and builders. We are in the process of building our new home on a vacant sloping block of land in Sydney. There is a 3m fall from back to the front of the property with a 1m fall from right to left, within the building envolpe the overall fall is around 2m (upward sloping block from street level). We had a look at masterton and they can't build and of their single level split homes (as council only allows a 1m fill and 400mm cut) also their double and tri split level homes were out of our budget. So have made enquiries with Fowler homes and Nu-Era homes. has anyone built with these builders (haven't heard much about Nu-era) had issues or feedback they can give on these 2 builders?
