I was reading an article on home sales and it stated New home sales have now fallen by over 16 per cent in the seven months to June "New home building activity looks set to decline across all states and territories in 2011," Mr Dale said. Does this mean we will have our homes in less than 6 months. Did anyone experience a quick build in the last slump.... was is 80/09??? Can't remember. Or is the state of the market irrelevant?
