But we have just now come across a different brick that we absolutely adore. Does anyone know if we will be allowed to change our brick selection at this late stage? They are more interested in how you slab is engineered. You should be able to change your brick choice when you go in for your builders interview, however depending on who you are building with, they may charge you for the change. I was thinking a color variance. Like before you liked a sandstone color, now you like chocolate color. If you are changing your brick styling, then you may in fact be correct.
