Does anyone know the process (e.g. BASIX, then colurs, then statement of effects etc) and approx how long it takes to get it ready for council? Colour appt. was 16 weeks ago and it took them this long to get prices and make changes to the plan. As for BASIX I think from memory it was after colours.
