Has any one built a Wisdom Manhattan 43 with a Modern Facade?
We are tossing up between a Modern or Nova Terrace Facade but it's very hard to decide as the brouchure they gave us with the facade pictures is not very inspiring. It is really hard to imagine how they would actually look in real life.
We are looking at either a Moroka finish all over or maybe leave it as brick with some partial render to the portico.
We would love to see some pics to give us some inspiration
Go to Stonecutters Ridge. Someone built a Manhattan 51 there. Maybe if you ask they will be kind enough to give you a tour of their home.
Also why not ask Wisdom if they have any Manhattan that they are currently building that you can have a look at?

We are currently in the same boat as we are also struggling to decide which facade to choose with Manhattan.
What did you end up choosing and any modificiations/upgrades you did to it. Also how much wisdom end up charging you for it.
