Im not happy.. has anyone had this issue while building, Some person i reckon a tradesman is using my newly laid alfresco slab as a place to park their car on . :evil:

. Went to the block tonight hoping to see some framing started which it hasnt) :roll:

and said what the hell tyre marks :evil:

some #*%^ has parked their car on it and caused some damage. They cant get in from the front of the block so drive around the back .theres plenty of room at the back to park... geez

I have sent a email to PD letting them know this has occured and to tell my site supervisor.

It hasn't happened to me but I generally find all tradies to be careless. It's not theirs so why should they care?

We had a few instances of telling of the tradies building right next door. They kept using our front garden tap even if the block they were building on already had a tap!

Then I've lost the number of times I've had to clean up after tradies who just leave their rubbish behind.

But the people who were building next door were using the same builder as us. So we just called their manager and told them about it. Guy said he will speak to them as they shouldn't be doing that. Wether he did speak to them or not is unknown. Because the tradies did the exact same thing the very next day and used our water tap.

I'm sure there have been numerous more occassions that someone has tried to use it but they can't now as it has a tap lock. :lol:

Exactly!! We found it unbeleiveable the lack of basic care taken by most of the tradies in our home. They must get so sick of fixing up their work after someone else had damaged what has just been done.... :evil:

Tradies seem to be a law unto themselves. The amount of rubbish left ****** around everywhere.Why not just take it to the hugepile of rubbish and keep it all together. They act like pigs.

as for my slab havent heard back from my sales consultant since ive complained.

Builda thats what the wire cages are for rubbish, they dont seem to want to use them. :roll:

i even went to my block to clean up the mess before they
started and used the cage to put it in :lol:

of cause theres more mess now.

And the state of the tradies dunny phew!!!! i wonder how they can sit on it :shock:

One day I just might do that!!!! :lol:

They sit on that dunny, because they don't care and don't have another option!

Rather they do have another option but you wouldn't like that either.....trust me!!!! :shock:

Sorry Clath but the girls do it as well,its called "Trades World" you know like men "are from mars women are from somewhere or other...Tradies come form "Trades World"
Mind you it starts at secondary school and just gets worse as the apprenticeship kicks in and they get to learn how to devolve from all the other thoughtless bas^&rds that hey work with.
Be surprised at nothing Be prepared for anything. :wink:

Grime My son is currently doing a preapprentice ship course in building and construction and hooking up with a builder next year ,which should be a learning curve for all of us... and god help us what he will pick up.. oh and its women from venus.

Michelle maybe i will go down to that dunnie with a... toilet brush,
disinfectant , face mask and give it a good scrub, :lol:

make sure i scrub my self down afterwards :lol:

and leave a nice gift for them a vase of flowers :lol:

put a womens touch on it :wink:

Speaking of toilets .... went down to our place the other day to check things out and low and behold ... one of our toilets has been installed !!! - yay.

Walked in to have a look ... lifted the lid and Yep .... used ! :evil:

How anoying ! I can understand tradies sneaking in a quick toilet break on the brand new dunny without anyone else seeing, but you'd think they could at least remove the evidence! No such luck
