Less than 8 weeks till our handover, (more likely 6) Still have had various ongoing "issues" with mistakes but to date all have been rectified bar 1 where we have had a bit of a conflict. Our site block was cleared last week and our site works have started this morning. We have been told we should be completed September this year. Fingers crossed. Block 05/10; NEW BUILDER 23/11/10; Work draw 22/12/10; 2 Shire 17/01/11; PreStart 7/2, Council approval 11/2, 3/3 sign again, Slab 29/03, Bricks 29/4; Roof on 16/05. Plasterer 20/06.
