Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 23, 2010 10:04 am Does anyone know how much each smartstart controller is? So it has to be turned on, wait 1 min or so, and then when you use the tap the hot water is there straight away... So with 4 bathroom for example, would you have one in each? How difficult are these to install? What exactly is required? Is there much point? I understand you save a lot of water by not opening the tap and waiting. But you still need to use energy to warm up the water :S Re: Hot water system and Smartstart 2Dec 23, 2010 10:07 am Advantages of a Rinnai INFINITY Smartstart Rinnai INFINITY Smartstart is Australia's first dedicated "Water Saving" Hot Water System.
