We might be at that point? I would say that by the time you it get it right your life will change so the things you need will have changed. My idea of success is that the good outweigh the bad, not everything is right. The main difference for us is we have more resources than we did last time and it makes all the difference. Our first build was a big family home because we had 3 teenagers. This time it's a downsize and it's so much nicer. We will NOT ever build again though. So effectively you may be loosing up to 40k just to start again. that money would buy alot of modifications or improvements to an existing house. 6 55355 XCEM Alpha flooring seems to relatively new and I could not found any reviews.
