The situation is most obvoius in regard to "site costs". Some of the additional costs quoted on this forum have left me a little bit stunned. What I find hard to believe is that a Sales Consultant, presumably with no practical building experience, can give you a quote on what your additional site costs will be without seeing a contour plan, soil test, or the engineered slab design.
