Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 10, 2010 9:09 pm Hi were looking at a nice flat block, with an old brick and tile 2x1 on it. only problem is there is a huge tree right infront of the house, and a pretty extensive root system which has destroyed the house. wondering if anyone has an idea how much a tree like this mite cost to remove and how much it will add to the site costs? any info would be much appreciated. Many councils have protective overlays on vegetation and significant trees.
