Our Builder told that Down Light consume lot of power and costly and is not energy efficient. But now a days down lights are more modern looking. Can any body suggest on down lights Advantages and Disadvantages. We approached a builder and the builder says if we use down lights the electricity bill will be more and he also says that there is a chance that the roof might get burnt.
