I heard from my neighbour that someone was there Sunday. Sounds promising. Fingers crossed it happens. I'm itching to get in there and weed spray the back yard. There are weeds the size of trees out there Hope theres no snakes living in there Re: 1st Build - Field River Estate - Long Awaited Update pg2 82Oct 10, 2011 1:43 pm haha, we weeded our place sat or should I say DP weeded as we had a family of field mice living in them. Next doors about the height of our house out the front. would hate to see whats going on in there. Re: 1st Build - Field River Estate - Long Awaited Update pg2 84Oct 13, 2011 1:41 pm Render? renders done and dusted .... and painted. Only waiting on Rockface Sandstone now. Painters all finished. So we're just waiting on sandstone, bathroom fixtures/shower screens, electrical final fit and roller doors. From there we should all over red rover. Re: 1st Build - Field River Estate - Nearly Done - Facade Pi 93Oct 30, 2011 9:36 am Hi Theresa, we're nearly done.... walk thru is this Friday and Hand Over is the following Friday. So 11th of November. Everything is going well, except for we bumped into our neighbour to the South side of our house for the first time yesterday, and they told us that they saw a brown snake crawling on our retaining wall 2 days ago... my wife has now decided she doesnt want to live there anymore lol. Fingers cross the snakes dont pay anymore visits Re: 1st Build - Field River Estate - Nearly Done - Facade Pi 94Oct 31, 2011 9:36 am why did you have to say that? I HATE SNAKES!!! Im with your wife on that 1. I wish our neighbours would cut their grass as its waist high and I want to deter snakes coming to our place. On the bright side YAY FOR WALK THROUGH.
