Thanks meatpie - I must admit they were quick and fixed the doors the same day we alerted them, well all except one so the next day that was fixed. I'm still annoyed that we only get a two lined emailed every two weeks from our CSL and nothing from our SS. Although when I went to the block today the plumber had left a job detail paper on the ground which our SS number on it. So I am keeping that just in case we need to contact him. It would be nice to get a call every friday letting us know they are on track or whatever. It doesn't seem that a big a job to do. How is your build going? viewtopic.php?f=31&t=40976 Aug 26/10 -Land settle Oct 1-Signed UE Nov 4 -Site Cut 22 -Slab 26 -Frame Dec 17 -Lock Up Feb 1/11 -Fixing Mar 31+Apr 14 -PCI cancelled I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 13100 We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 37143 |
