The sales rep has posted on another blog I have been chatting in ( has anyone built with arban) and I can recommend them from my experiences so far. Should be able to find a 12.5m design without too much trouble.. Masterton have a beautiful design called the Tempo Elite. GJ Gardner also have some great designs which have the beachy, pitched roof sort of look - the Buderim, Jindalee, Paddington and Bloomsbury.
