In fact you almost couldn't get 2 estates further away fom each other. Still great to see more Carlisle homes though! One of our new neighbors has had the quickest build ever! They started about 6 weeks ago and had their kitchen installed yesterday. Carlisle really seem to have worked out their scheduling of trades to perfection. Hope those windows of yours went straight in, and all the best for a great build!! Building Carlisle Homes "Monaco" @ The Avenue at Casey What's happening?... The land was released sometime mid October. Where is stage 29 in The Reserve? Its scary to see so many houses being erected so fast and I'm fearing the traffic jam now! Then again, it is still exciting time! Re: New Riverton build with Carlisle! 11Dec 17, 2010 9:11 am Debra50 Reinsey JL, certainly not the sane estate as us. Another update to my thread! PCI went well 2 weeks ago! Organised Settlement (which falls on to TODAY!) but was delayed due to some unforeseen circumstances with one of their contracting companies.. Anyhow, settlement is next week.. we are now unable to move in during Easter break.. Got some quotes (alot) for Colorbond fences in the West side.. If you are interested, give me a pm and I'll send you a comparison table with $/m2 and gate. Re: New Riverton build with Carlisle! 16May 16, 2011 4:48 pm JinLeann Hi! Another update to my thread!
