It must be great to walk around and know that it's actually happening - and picture which room is which.... Very happy for you!!!! Not good about the plans on the ground - what would happened if it had rained? Maybe they didn't close the meter box properly and it fell out??? Seen that a lot too.... You must be very happy! Can't wait to see our slab soon! How long does it take from site start to have a slab? I was wishing, if we start on the 6th, to have a slab before the Christmas break. plumbing ect went in Nov26 slab was Nov 27 or 28 timber for frame arrived on site nov 30. The frame supposed to go up this tues... so pretty quick. I reckon its possible for a slab before xmas. Vanderlay the invoice has already arrived  they want their money.

Yes Adam i think thats part of the reason having PD in the st Its a production line. we have another 7 houses About to start. PD s in the final stages with the other houses then, they start the next lot. Its amazing to watch it. . One minute theres nothing just dirt, next day theres activity. Dont worry they will get on with yours... but still you want to see some work done. Yes phoenix it is !! soon you will be doing the same thing.  As for those plans dont know if they were in the meter box.. think they just left them ****** on the ground .not there now.
