Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Urbanedge homes? 16Nov 08, 2012 1:37 pm I disagree Bizcan, most people only go on and on about a builder (or any service or product) when things go wrong, only then are we prepared to listen to them. the minute someone praises a builder/service/product/company, we start to wonder if the comment has been placed by a person who works for that said company or "makes looking after mates".. and your comment is proof of that.. i think the negative feedback always outweighs the positive ones, but more often than not, the reason people are unhappy is because they had different expectations to the realities of builds... and not quite understanding the full process.. Now im not saying everyone who has a bad experience is because its out of high expectation or that their dispointment is invalid but i think a lot of complaints is because of unrealistic expectations.. sorry i've gone off topic abit... unfortuntely i've not built with urban edge so i can not comment on their service but in all honesty the key to a successful/pleasant build is actually the people you deal with like the admins and Site supervisors more than the company itself which is why different people have different experiences with the same company.
