Re: Waiting, its a painful thing!! 1409Dec 04, 2012 6:14 pm KA solver doesn't need to 'match' a colour. They have the codes for whatever brand you want. Hubby used to work there we are having dulux colours (but painter uses solver). Re: Waiting, its a painful thing!! 1410Dec 04, 2012 8:56 pm kerry-ann Now looking at window coverings Poss best thing is to make appointment & get someone out i think We got quotes from 3 perth companies, but end up using http://www.cheapa-blinds.com.au/Default.aspx I was very nervous about using online, but honestly it was simple and the blinds have turned out great. They sell fabric examples and then you get a credit off your order. I have the handyman skills of a wombat, but was able to install them easy as. The bonus was there were 1/2 the price of the best qoute we got. Just get your measurements right and the rest is simple as!! I can get some pics if u like too Re: Waiting, its a painful thing!! 1411Dec 04, 2012 10:16 pm We did the same. I got ours through cutrainsandblindsdirect.com.au. Really easy to order and way cheaper than the quote I got from a local place. They send free samples and fast but I think there is a limit of 10. Well today i have decided to hunt for a colour consult,i'm over it eventho i had a good day matching colours yesterday,i think its $100 well spent,if only i can get one quick Spoke to my SIL yesterday & she was stunned we were not in as well,i am going to go back through my thread to see how long it has taken, see if they are over the 250dys. Found some info on the HIA website they says (i think i read it right) that a minor scratch to windows is less than 10mm long & 3 or more, defects are then more than 10mm & able to be seen from a normal standing position/distance & as it does not say how many i gather that the amount does not matter So,SS saying you must be able to see them from 3m & there must be 3 or more may not be quite right, glad i checked it out,as long as i read the info right. Can someone else check PLEASE,PLEASE,LEASE! You have to scroll down to nearly the bottom of the page, pass the window/glazing bit. PE,photo's would be great thanks, when you have the time, cheers! Hey alto, been thinking about you, white is gorgeous n fresh but i am hopeless with anything white Hi chuff,i'm just going around in circles atm JuJuB please dont take this the wrong way,but if your in before us its gonna be a blow, atm everything good is being over shadowed by the wait & time, starting to think, have i complained too much,is ths wait because i did I think somehow the owners of Ventura need to keep up abit with whats happening with delays etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm ok,sometimes i feel like giving someone a kick up the ##@@##@ Afew days i have had to say to our kiddies,no crap today please It will be a mad rush to get in,mans back on the 20th,start moving on the 21st (well as long as its all done ) Even if we are not settled or ready we are having my folks for xmas lunch,we have been told that it maybe the last xmas with my darling mum where she knows us She is so excited to have xmas in the new house & am trying my best to not let her down. Thank you so much! Definitely helps to see a pic of them! ETA: Also, what is that cabinet colour? We're looking for something very similar. ETA again: Will you be getting two separate mirrors over each sink, or one big mirror? Hiya MV the colour is "smokey sapelle" Browns/greys that features in the granite as well so that the similar colours feature through the whole house & flows Reposting the photo of the mirrors for you Block bought 1st RBC X! 2nd Ventrua,Keeper! I think the more than 3 bit only applies in the scratches are less than 10mm Still no word on keys? Have the bank done the valuation yet? Ours was don't his morning coz the ss said he rang to organize a look through and he did it before our PCI appointment. Hey, do you have anywhere that you agreed to a certain # of days between pci and handover? I've been reading the hia lump sum builders contract and it states once they have had the final payment the builder hands over the keys to the owner( clause 19). I cannot find anywhere that it states they have x amount of days to do their pic stuff and can prevent handover until it is done if you have fully paid.
