I do look forward to watching your painfully slow progression; I don't mean that really, I do hope it goes fast and smooth. Im sure you have briefly looked over our thread and seen the troubles we are having. No probs with build quality so far its just the length of time to complete anything is very long and drawn out. Our contract enters the 'late completion' clause in under 8 days. Very unlucky we are. So please dont forget you started this thread, I really do want to watch this one. Slab area was completely filled up with water. Contractor advised water will be pushed out of trenches as slab is poured ??? Water was pumped out and finally slab was poured on Monday (20/12/2010). Have gone past it on my way .was wunderin what was coming up. Our house almost complete. In new yr kitchen I think. Now bricks cleaned, look good. So far so Good w Formula Homes. Met SS a few times when i going to site. My wife also met him before. One thing good so far, we made some change and Michele the colour girl at Formula Homes is good with us. I want to ask you. Was it difficult to get permit for the townhouses ? Formula Homes got you permit ? Architect was very good and he managed it right from concept plan to getting permit. I highly recommend Design Edge associates - they are very professional.
