Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 15, 2010 2:12 pm G'day folks. 2nd house build for us is the Palazzo 4 x 2 from National homes http://www.nationalhomes.com.au/house.php?house_dir=palazzo on a 721 Sq/m bock in Wellard south of Perth. Currently the brickwork is finished with roof timbers on-site so hopefully roof on and ceilings in before xmas. The progress has been great after the 6 month wait for the slab to go down. Feature lights to go on the piers ,there is another downpipe less than 5 feet away next to meter box just around the corner. http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn278/suby007/House/IMG_0094Small.jpg Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 17601 of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them. I find it odd that lawyers wouldnt be willing to take on the case, given CCT evidence and… 1 23767 "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 36 23894 |
