Recommended meduim/small builders in Melbourne

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone had any good experiences with medium/small builders in Melbourne in terms of quality and value for money. (ideally with designs for blocks with a 20 metre wide frontage).

All recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
