Been absent for a few weeks.......... had our ISP changed (from Optus to Netspace). Couldn't connect to the internet for several days... we used our old modem which is not supported by our new ISP, so had to configure it again.
Good news!
Got our developer approval from Stockland last 30 October. Finally!
All the outstanding issues with the plans, that weren't reflected after contract signing, were addressed yesterday....... everything's perfect (on paper!). So we already have the construction plans!
We were even asked by our colour consultant to re-check our colour schedule yesterday so in case we want to change it, we still have the time to change it up to today. And we did! We reviewed our colour schedule and changed the location of the cupboard door handles, hehe. Nothing to change anymore.
We've been exchanging emails, calls, plans, etc. more than once a day. Everytime we see something wrong/missing, we inform them and they were so quick to address it.
Our builder is going to order the materials on Monday and we are set to commence building 1st week of December!
