A few more to go around tiles, kitchen, AC, driveway and the electricals are still outstanding ( all for different reasons ). Interesting little problem with the smaller rear sliding door being set a few mm too low has me a little worried. I have been working with our site supervisor to see what is the best way forward with this one... We no longer have the scaffolding in the way - still not a great photo but it give you the idea of what it will look like Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Here is a view of the back of the house Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Building the Amazon with Trevelle Homes 34Feb 28, 2011 3:57 pm Oh all the choices you have to make, it's all a bit daunting isn't it! Roof, render, etc etc all looking good! For info on our build: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=43093 Built the McLaren by Dechellis - slab down 22 Feb - handover 30 Aug 2011 - and gardens finished 9 Dec 2012!! Re: Building the Amazon with Trevelle Homes 38Mar 10, 2011 10:11 pm Thanks Guys, Loretta you are so right on the electricals - again it is getting to be a great habit of yours... Mclaren - I think Pedro's is heaps bigger, ours seemed to just grow from when we started Maybe because its quite wide? Your frame is looking very very close now - its exciting isn’t it! We are just looking at what we need to do as far as retaining walls on the side now Re: Building the Amazon with Trevelle Homes 39Mar 23, 2011 8:57 pm Just a quick update for anyone following this thread There has been lots of activity both onsite and layouts for us to verify... The plumbers have been busy - about half way there with the internal pipes - gas and hotwater. Outside a little bit away yet. The frame guys have been working on getting all of the door heights correct, the kitchen roof dropped, the balcony decked and a couple of other smaller items. I dropped in today and our Alarm was being wired in - needed to verify one small item but looking good. I think that the electrical rough in is also due to start this week - all up very busy on site. Bye for now...
