We did complain.. unfortunately, it took 4 months for the council to inspect our block and during that time, the builders were gone (finished with building). Although they saw lots of rubbish on our block, they couldn't pinpoint whose fault was it. They asked the neighbours, but no one would obviously admit that they were the culprit
Anyway, hope you have a wonderful building experience.
