Hi Everyone,
We are first time building and have been following this forum for a while. We are at lock up stage.
We had an independent inspection done (we find it's worth it) and the report is with the builder. However the placement of the electrical box under a down-pipe (pictured) is not featured in the report.

Is it within building standard and what should be done ?
Our concern is that what ever measures put in may fail in the long term putting our dream home at grave risk (electrical shorts that cause fire). Ideally we would like the builder to shift them apart. But what is our case to make the builder to do so ? We need your thoughts !
Benny.
