Dear Readers,
Its seems that the enevitable has happened. H*** en**ly have lost all its reputation with me. I will never recommend their services to anyone. Promises were made but not followed through and as a result, i still don't have ownership of my home due to the high level of incompetance and a lack of taking responsibilty for actions. Each department tends to had ball mistakes to others. You end up in a whirl pool with no end in sight.
The circumstances in which I am referring to is the official handover of my property.
My partner and I cut short our weekend holiday to ensure that we made our appointment with henley his afternoon. Prior to today i contacted the builder several times requesting that all paper work necessay was available for handover today as we are busy people and effectively can't make another appointment.
Unfortunately we were let down, the arche centre failed to show up for its appointment and we failed to receive notification that the house had recieved its certificate of quality and assurance until 5.30pm today.
This was all after we had completed our final inspection (before the ache centre had completed its appointment) and had signed off some but not all paper work.
When i questioned henley on the following:
1. If final handover was not going to be accomplished why were we not notified and asked to change appoinments.
2. Why did they make us continue with the appointment despite the fact that the house had not received one of its final certificates.
3. Why was there no communcation internally between departments as to the progress of the home.
In true unprofessionlism, one department team leader in the accounts that I spoke to believed that hand balling the responsiblity and blaming fellow employees was the acceptable form in responding to the above questions. Would that be because that person can't accept responsiblity for the entire company or is she special???
The failure to investigate the matter or even provide acknowledgment of the error that has occurred proved to me that this woman is incompetant in what she does.
You might ask what do i know about the building industry. I don't !!! But I am a logistics coordinator. I cordinate shipments in and out of australia on a daily basis. Deadlines need to be met and quarantees are essential as one poor lack of judgement can cost a company thousands of dollars in fees and charges. If i conducted my work operations the way h8 nl**y did theres, it would be fair to say I would be unemployed.
Wake up Henley and do your job right and stop disappointing your customers.
As for the final settlement - they are just going to have to wait for their final cheque. Blackmailing me is not going to work miss team leader. i may not have my home but I am not desperately waiting to get in. Unlike some people, I am busy and time waits for no one. I have deadlines to meet and responsibility to provide a high level of service so Henley you are just going to have to wait for me when I am available.
