It is such a terrible experience to be going through. Just wondering if anyone has any luck with their warranty claims as yet? I lodged mine 2 weeks ago but havent heard a thing. I have heard though that it can take up 12 months and beyond to finally get processed and throughout the process it is painful. Based on this I have decided to engage a new builder now and hope that I will be able to recover something from the insurance company. Although it's a risk, I just want to try to put this nightmare behind me as quickly as possible. The builder I have engaged is called Vantage Corp.
