The brick work is coming along so quickly.
We have had nothing much happen this week, its so frustrating. Apparently the framers are not quite finished yet, so the guys doing the gutters can't finish their last little bit until the framers finish. And then the roof tilers can't finish their little bit until the gutters are finished....aargh!
Our CSR told us that the house will be wrapped on Monday next week with the bricks starting later next week.
Have you been given an idea of when your house might be finished yet? We really want to be in by the end of May as thats when settlement on our current home is. I'm feeling very nervous that we might have to find temporary accomadation for a while. May is approaching way too fast!
Anyway congratulations on having such a lovely house, its really easy to see what the finished house is going to look like now.

Thanks Trina, remember they have to perform a frame inspection so maybe that's where your hold up is??? It was a bit like that with us too... But it seems that they co-ordinate the contractors with very little time wastage.... They don't like being behind...well at least our S/S doesn't....
No idea on when the house will be finished.... not even guessing dates, but hoping for sooner rather than later....Our contact says August, but we know if will be before then.
Keep in touch with your CSR and S/S, ask them about your concerns...hopefully they will give you an indication of what may be holding them up at this stage???
