Hi all,
We have had a 4 and half month long battle trying to get our DA approved from Hornsby Council. It has been a horrendous and frustrating experience!!! I am going down the CDC path now, so if someone has built in Hornsby council using CDC, can one of you please advise ball park estimates about how much it will cost?
Also, can you point me to certifiers?

We have only just bought the house/land so still looking at builders at the moment. Fingers xxxxxxed we can do CD.
