It's actually a rear block so we dont really have much yard at all. Fortunately there is a huge park about 400m away, so the plan is to have a little artificial turf around the alfresco for the kids when they are young (i.e. now) and they can play basketball in the front driveway when they are a bit older but can always head to the park with us as well. At this stage, I am still looking at builders but am relatively sure we will be using Viva Developments. They are a pretty small builder but very flexible so things can be altered down the track rather than having a fixed pre-start. In theory the best of both worlds (i.e. Owner builder and Builder) Any advice on how to ensure the kit home granny flat that im thinking of buying will get council approval. The kit home companys wont release plans without a deposit and… 0 7222 Can anyone give me any onfo on New Homes WA? Good or bad, hopefully good just need to know if my choice was good or not?
