Does anyone have the wording to the effect that the payment of the last 10% of the building price is due when the house is at "Practical Completion with reasonable omissions".
This sounds out of the ordinary but I'm told by the salesman this is standard and won't be changed!
I've seen a tender that states a 6 year structural warranty - most companies are offering 7 years and Clarendon seem to offer 25 years! Any comments?
Thanks,
McSuspicious.
