Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 29, 2010 10:41 pm Hi guys, We signed the contract with Hermitage on 28th July, 2010. The building permit was received on 4th of August. Anybody has idea by when site work work should start? Is there any law in case site does not start within next month or so? Has anybody experience the same situation like us? Re: Enquiry about start date of site with Hermitage 2Aug 30, 2010 12:14 am I'm not at that stage of my build yet but from what I've read, you should check your contract, they normally list information about the site date, etc. Have you contacted your builder and asked yet? viewtopic.php?f=31&t=37229 - our Iris 4! I checked with Hermitage and they informed me that my file is with their 'production estimator' . Once this production team done the work , it will be passed to team that book the trade guy's for actual work. This is the story I am hearing for the last 4 week. We are planning a KDRB and considering Plantation Homes as a builder. I’m aware that after the demolition another soil test… 1 6326 because its not being managed properly. Also "properly" is too broad and too subjective a term to be able to pinpoint a single event as not being managed properly.… 1 2729 I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 8270 |
