Hi drm home - we have just started on the building journey also through H3nley. Before joining the forum I wouldn't have even CONSIDERED getting an inspector, now after reading all the posts I'm thinking it'd be well worth it!
I do also need suggestions as to when an inspector is required - every stage, just final, or somewhere in between?

I'm starting the process of building and I have a good building inspector that I will be employing at the base stage, frame stage, lock-up stage and Final Inspection stage. I'm using a firm recommended on these forums. I wasn't going to do it but I think its prudent, best deal with problem as they arise rather than find out when its a done deal.
