Thanks V and RF. Its been a long time coming.

Guess what.......................WE HAVE A SIGN

We got out to the block and were nosing at the neighbours properties and both turned around and were gobsmacked that we have a sign saying there will actually be building going on at this property

Got a little bit excited right there and then. It is definitely progress. We still waiting for that darn building license and finance but surely it cant take too long hey

for the sign...no comment on the building license and finance. Surprise me.

Building License is done now and finance has been approved. We are hoping to have a start and some action any day and cannot wait. Woooooooohoooooooo
