I previously bought a unit in a group and it was easy (kind of) as I paid the price for land and unit and it all got done. I am living in this place, but considering moving.
Now I have found a block of land, but I don't how it all works.
If you already have a mortgage do you need to sell your house first and then get another mortgage to buy the land or can you extend your mortgage or do a bridging loan?
The other question is how do you find builders that build eco friendly and reverse brick veneer? Is it just a matter of going through display homes? Is it a matter of googling and lots of research?
I'm sorry my head is full of questions and I really don't know where to start? Do I need to get a valuation first on my place if I sold it? Do I speak to my bank?
Is this the right spot for all these questions or should they be broken up?
