Never heard of Wisdom, but Champion & Lily have both been around for 15 years or more, and you don't stick around that long if you do * work..

Friends built a Champion home in Mt Annan in the late 90s, and had no problems at all during the whole process, and as far as I'm aware, there have been no warranty or structural issues at all in it's life since.

I don't know their market position these days, but back then Champion were a budget-end builder, who had the usual standard 3, 4 & 5 bedroom single storey designs, nothing overly exciting, but you could option in extra cost upgrades to suit your budget & desires.

Hey McAngry! We are likely to build with Wisdom Homes.

They may be relatively new - but the Managing Director (Domenic Vitalone) was a senior staff member at Eden Brae and then left to form his own company.

Which Wisdom Home are you interested in? We love the Impression 38 Mk II.

Behind their display home at Mt Annan they are building one of these - David Kuric (the display home & sales mgr) took us around to have a look at the home while it was still in the plaster stage - we were really impressed with the quality of the work - even at that stage!

I am currently building with Lily homes and we are having issues. Mainly focused around communication issues and inclusions list which change regularly

We are currently using Lily Homes, we had our own plans drawn up with a draftsman and went around to all the homes and looked at the inclusions. So far so good! We signed our tender a few weeks ago and they arein the process of getting the Construction Cert ready. I am organizing the Demolition for next week so cutting power. Shame about all this rain though...might not get knocked down if its still pouring :S
