Mostly down lights-LED. We have a chandelier we've already bought- 3 years ago which will hang through void. But the most exciting lights we chose were these pendants that will come down above our bath. They give the illusion of a candle sitting in water in a bubble. The lights are from "lightslightslights" in Ascot Vale, VIC Yes, my darling girl is now 17 months. She's pretty funny. I sometimes jump over the balcony area with her so she can run up and down- so far she approves the new house! We have a deadline date of November 8th. They're pretty confident this will happen. allllll excited now! So excited. We've also designed our stairs to be a little like this, but the timber "walls" will be the same spotted gum used as the floors. Still waiting on our timber windows to be installed. Apparently its a bit tricky doing the rounded windows. Once they're in I'll be organising blinds to get done ready for moving in time! Outside tiles happening this Friday. Plastering starting Saturday. Stairs going in 17th October. Cabinetry around the same time (ie next week!) All systems goooooooo.
