We have chosen the canterbury brick as an upgrade but now cant decide the facia and roof colours to put with it! My builder has recommended an off white motor with paperbark facia with ironstone roof, has anyone seen this combo and if so what do you think??\Please help I'M SO STUCK!!!!!!!!!! I have been driving around everywhere to get ideas but am still stumped. V Re: PLEASE HELP, PLEASE HELP, PLEASE HELP!!!! 4Aug 13, 2010 10:07 am Hi, we have canterbury bricks with off white mortar, but we have woodland grey facia and gutters and roof and downpipes. I think ironstone will look fine, it will pick up on the blue that is in the canterbury bricks. I didn't want the blue, in fact I wanted a nice charcoal but Monument or whatever the nice charcoal colour that is out now wasn't out when I was building, so I went with woodland grey. From memory, i think maybe Eager used Latrobe bricks which are very similar to Canterbury, and I think he might have used Ironstone downpipes and gutters with it. maybe even roof, not sure, you could do a search on his house thread if you like. here are a couple of pics of my house with woodland grey.
