We are waiting for our tap to go in hopefully this week... We'll be so excited i'll be posting pics!!!!!!!!!!! we have a tap 5Nov 05, 2007 10:29 pm thanks guys its a small start but when you see that tap and meter u know things are going to move. have you had your permit approved Phoenix? Adam no our pile of dirt is still there.. plus bit and pieces the builder will move it when the site is scraped. should have given you a few beers and asked you to bring down your shovel and spade when you went to move your pile of dirt. Didnt you say your site start is this wednesday? have you got your tap? Re: we have a tap 6Nov 05, 2007 10:35 pm clath, we have developer approval, should have building approval back next week. H3nley advises they are ready to go as soon as they get the go ahead....but we haven't got a start date yet? After building approval how long does it usually take to get on site????
The water meter was ordered last week, so hopefully something will happen this week. Gas was connected 2 weeks ago (saw the nature strip dug up) but not sure if that was arranged by the builder or the developer?? Anyway, as long as we don't have to keep mowing the darn grass, we will be happy.....er no, we'll be happy when they scrape the site and START!!!!!!!!!!!! Re: we have a tap 7Nov 05, 2007 11:36 pm Clath, we don't have a tap yet but the scrape was done last tuesday and the pegs on Friday, the dirt was moved by M3tricon at the developers expense, we should have underground plumbing and slab started by Friday according to our CSO.
Photo's on our blog. Cheers Adam Re: we have a tap 8Nov 06, 2007 6:49 am Well done Clath! We had our scrape done, then tap was in, and concrete was down a couple of days later. So exciting isn't it???
We were even stoked to see the scrape - because we could see where the house was going to sit. They say small things amuse small minds but then when you're paying, it's justified! Ray. Second Time 'Round Re: we have a tap 9Nov 06, 2007 7:47 am We are building with H3nley at Point Cook and look to be at a similar stage to a few others here. We have all the approvals (developers, building, finance) and are just waiting for H3nley to tell us the start date (fingers crossed it will be in the next week or two).
We were not so excited when our water tap went in - the water company put it on the wrong block ! Luckily we have a neighbour who keeps an eye on all the goings on in the street & she came and told us that the owners of the other block are overseas so she was sure it should have been put on ours. I called the water company and sure enough it was ours! Two weeks later and we are still waiting for them to move it. Hopefully H3nley will be a more organised bunch than our local water company! Re: we have a tap 10Nov 06, 2007 7:49 am **Phoenix** We are waiting for our tap to go in hopefully this week... Hope someone nicks it!! OK, I didn't really mean that. Well.. maybe a little bit. Re: we have a tap 11Nov 06, 2007 9:21 am Is it usually scrape first then tap, or the other way around. In our street, we know who's going to start next because we see a new tap pop up. Then the next week the have scraped the site!!!!!
Hopefully not long to go though.... Still luv ya Cookiemonster!!!!!!!! Re: we have a tap 12Nov 06, 2007 9:26 am Hope someone nicks it!!

You can then upload photos from your pc, mobile phone, url or video to your photobucket account. 3. Click browse, locate the item on your pc and click open. 4. Then click the upload button. It's very quick. 5. Once uploaded to your account, scroll down and it shows you in your own little "album". 6. Others might do it differently but i tick the box of the item(s) i want to upload then 7. scroll down the page and click [generate html and img code] 8. The copy and past it into your post for homeone. If you want to add a web link. Click [url] then add the link, then click [url*] again. Other people use different programs, but try photobucket. its pretty easy. If you have any issues, let us know.
