Re: Purple Butterfly - Redink Homes Build 963Jan 11, 2011 2:07 pm shonzilla yay toilet training with cruddy plumbing! ahahaha, luckily the toilet plumbing is ok [quote="rhi3384"]ooohhhhh come teach mine to pee in the toilet I am struggling with getting my 3 and a half year old to not pee the bed at nap and bed time /quote] I think night training is done in their own time, my almost 6 year old was taken out of pull ups at night time when he was 4 or so and he still will once in a blue moon wet the bed ( I have a brolly protector on so I don't have to change sheets, just protector), my almost 4 year old is still in pull ups at night, I know he isn't ready to be out of them, he'd never wake in time. DD is driving me nuts, think I better commit to training her over a few days, she is just going by herself at the moment cos I just havn't had any time but DH is back tonight. Didn't even try teaching her, she just started climbing on the toilet herself Re: Purple Butterfly - Redink Homes Build 964Jan 12, 2011 4:37 pm Yay, redink are finally sending that plumber out on Friday!! Bought DD a bedroom suite today, should have it by next week, will also have hopefully a new dining setting (8 seater), maybe lounge for home theatre and ordering ALL my blinds , can't wait, no more newspaper . Will be so good to eat at the table instead of breakfast bar every meal!! If you want a copy of my prestart price list let me know! Hi PB We're at the moment shopping for a builder, however we're keen to go with RedInk. So I'm doing as much research about them for now. Due to other plans, we can only kickstart things after July. Yes, it would be great to have an idea of the prestart prices. So don't hesitate to PM me. Cheers. Hoping to build in Settlers Hill, Baldivis, WA. Re: Purple Butterfly - Redink Homes Build 971Jan 18, 2011 3:46 pm rbonnelame Quote: How far along are you into the process? No worries, I will need you to pm me your email address though, can't attach things in pm's . Well I have DD's bedroom suite coming this arvo , disassembled the cot and took to the salvos so now there's no more baby stuff in the house, woohoo , fingers crossed she sleeps ok in it (sleeps in my bed really well so should be ok ) Got two quotes so far for a patio (which is ages off but I needed a savings goal :p ) first one $5900 and second $7150 that for 4m x 8.5m colorbond gable roof patio, better start that savings fund I will be going and ordering my furniture and blinds on Thursday so hopefully the furniture can be delivered this week, if not Monday i guess. Blinds will take a bit longer. Trying to decide on wood look or blockout rollers for the kids rooms though . Also rang for a quote on the organic soil, zeolite, spongolite etc for the front landscaping...sounds like it's going to cost a bomb I'll get piccies of DD's room tonight Re: Purple Butterfly - Quotes, Bedroom suites etc 972Jan 18, 2011 3:59 pm Yay pictures of the suite, bet its lovley! ekkk patios are crazy costs hey!! have a look in the quokka, they have some companies that do it on the cheap. still colourbond and a good job id say. what will last longer and not get drawn on Garden - viewtopic.php?f=19&t=44214&p=670323#p670323 Decorating - viewtopic.php?f=6&t=47218&p=715743#p715743 Re: Purple Butterfly - Quotes, Bedroom suites etc 973Jan 18, 2011 7:38 pm shonzilla Yay pictures of the suite, bet its lovley! ekkk patios are crazy costs hey!! have a look in the quokka, they have some companies that do it on the cheap. still colourbond and a good job id say. what will last longer and not get drawn on Cheers for that Shon Will put pics on later when I'm on the other computer. Got my soil quote which includes spongolite, zeolite and delivery from Perth, $789 , then I still need something else , need to read my Fu Manchu pm again...might have to drop a piece of furniture to get this soil prep done though. Good news is, we rang the landscapers for the estate and they said we only have to pay the difference in the lawn, I thought we had to pay for it as a separate cost *phew* . Still probably cost a bit cos it's double the price of wintergreen. DD's bed is all set up, still need lots of things for her room, don't even have the doona yet and am going to bolt the tallboy to the wall tomorrow for safety. She loves it, already been in it testing it out haha. Re: Purple Butterfly - Quotes, Bedroom suites etc 974Jan 18, 2011 7:41 pm according to Mr Fu, I just need some cat litter and seamungus ($35 for huge bucket), already got the soil spreader etc then it's just seasol, powerfeed and molasses woohoo. Re: Purple Butterfly - Quotes, Bedroom suites etc 975Jan 18, 2011 8:02 pm managed to work out the pic thing on this comp

Re: Purple Butterfly - Quotes, Bedroom suites etc 978Jan 18, 2011 10:07 pm Looks great P.B. suprised there is not someone sitting or jumping on her new bed in the pic My building thread viewtopic.php?f=1&t=25279 NEARLY DONE. Thanks brb_654 Her room is just gorgeous Love the bedroom suite, white is so sweet for girls and with the pink, it looks fabulous!! Thanks Barb , I've always wanted the white suite for her, felt more girly, my boys have the stained wood so thought she needed something different. camyperth Looks great P.B. suprised there is not someone sitting or jumping on her new bed in the pic she had been in it pretending to sleep just before that pic and I'm sure she'll be jumping o it, she jumps on everything . Thanks CC101 very beautiful PB. nice colour for wall and white bed goes so good with that paint colour. Thanks CC101 . I love the colour we picked for her feature, I wanted something girly (obviously) but not a light powdery pink, a) cos I don't like light pink haha and b) I wanted something she could grow older with, without having to re-do to soon. Well first night went well, she toddled off and went to bed at 8:30pm, woke once at 10:30pm then slept through til 7:30am when I woke her , would have slept longer so that's excellent!. She looked so cute in that big bed . Her sheets colour is "raspberry" and she picked them out herself Furniture and blind ordering day tomorrow ( as well as picking up school booklists and uniforms, blah) , will order the soil when DH comes home next, he's back in 2 weeks and he's off for 1 month oh and school starts when he comes back , hopefully I will have lawn and garden to show you sometime in March or whenever I can book in for it with landscapers (need to save money for the SW Buffalo) and I'm kicking myself, I forgot to get a PVC pipe layed under my footpath 4 1709 you need to understand the breakdown of warranties. 90 warranty is considered as minor defects rectification period where as the longer ones are more major/structural… 1 3866 Yes you are correct, unless there are outside works which form part of the contract such as landscaping or driveways, and importantly, the work delayed is on the critical… 1 2553 |
