Thanks Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 2Sep 06, 2010 12:11 pm Hi Natti, We're also building at Eden at Skye - stage 4, I went to the Estate the other day and they've recently fenced off and started excavating the St Austell Crt site. Still not sure of a settlement date, we were told in July 2010 it was being extended until Feb 2011 so hopefully this current work will put them ahead of schedule? Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 3Sep 27, 2010 3:26 pm Hi Guys! We are also a new resident to eden at skye stage 4 our conveyancer contacted the developers a few weeks ago and they said land would be ready mid February! But then we had a meeting at metricon sunday and she thought it was only January so she is getting back to me! So what are we all building? we have decided on the santorini 29! So exciting to have the court all cut out, we actually took the kids for a walk along the court the other night [size=85]Land Settled: 4th March Site Cut: 29th March Screw Piles: 5th April Plumbing start: 6th April Plumbing Completed: 7th April Slab boxed: 11th April Slab poured: 15th April Frame start: 19th April Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 4Oct 08, 2010 6:51 am Where bouts is Eden at Skye? I have seen signs for it, and live in Skye. It's nice to see other people on here building in this area. Moved in around 4-5 months ago, and I love it Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 5Oct 12, 2010 8:55 pm Hi there Eden at Skye (well stage 4) backs onto valley road, so you can get to it off Mclelland drive so coming from Karingal/cranbourne road way its on the first right after the valley road corner! in there so up the back bit i guess [size=85]Land Settled: 4th March Site Cut: 29th March Screw Piles: 5th April Plumbing start: 6th April Plumbing Completed: 7th April Slab boxed: 11th April Slab poured: 15th April Frame start: 19th April Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 6Oct 13, 2010 5:51 am Yeah, after seeing it on here, I actually googled where it was. Was really getting to me not being able to remember. I am not far from there, just around the corner really. Off Diamond Parade. I really love the area Only downside is the way some streets are, makes it hard to give directions to people on how to get to my place - especially those that don't know the area at all, or are just really bad at following directions Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 7Oct 22, 2010 8:47 pm Hi All! I bought a land at Eden at Sky stage 3 last March. I was told before that land title release will be early Sept.. Then, it was move to early October, but up until now, we do not have any news on when is the land title release date. Hopefully it won't reach the end of this month. I'm starting to get anxious about this. I'll give you more update once it's titled. Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 8Oct 27, 2010 7:15 am Hi All! My hubby and i just signed for the last lot avaliable in St Austell Crt so excited. they have fenced off all the areas, but we where told titles are still going to be march 2011. Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 9Oct 27, 2010 6:19 pm Good news! My land just titled! Settlement will be next month, yahoo! Just in time for my nominated site start. Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 10Oct 27, 2010 10:35 pm That is great news! good luck and we will see you in about 12 mths (fingers crossed!) Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 11Nov 03, 2010 12:34 pm Eden at Skye, stage 4 - Update received today Title release is still expected Feb 2011 with settlement 14 days later, so late Feb early March. Depending on your builder site starts will likely be from early March, we feel like we've been in limbo for so long and just want to start building, at least the first layer of aggregate is down now but still 4 months to go... We've been researching landscape designs to at least feel like we're doing something, at least the estate has some decent covenants so it should look good when it's finished, I just hope the developers plant some trees? Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 12Nov 03, 2010 6:14 pm and i hope they mow the "park"down the road to Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 13Nov 09, 2010 7:55 pm My land was settled today. Hopefully we can start construction soon. I saw stage 4 yesterday and noticed the area as slightly sloped like Skye Valley. Its a very nice area in my opinion. Hope they start constructing the McCormicks road extension. Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 14Nov 15, 2010 7:57 am Hey we are also building at Skye and are very excited. Except we are a bit worried about the extension to McCormicks road/McCelland drive, does any know if this will be a main road? It's hard to find information on Google Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 15Nov 15, 2010 9:07 am It will be fairly busy I think, as all the traffic that currently travels along McCormicks, then onto Ballarto and onto McClelland, will now travel straight along the McCormicks extension. It will mainly be busy during the peak times. Depends just how close you are to it, but I wouldn't be too worried about it. Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 16Nov 20, 2010 11:07 pm Sooner or later Frankston city council will still build the McCormicks road extension. I hope the advantage outweighs all the hassle it will bring. Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 17Nov 30, 2010 7:13 pm Hi
We are building in Eden @ Skye stage 4., They have started to seal the road now very exciting We signed up in May ... its been a long wait considering when we signed up it was suppose to settle in Sept/Oct Bring on 2011 i say what Lots everyone building on ? Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 18Dec 01, 2010 6:42 am We are in stage 2 at Eden at skye. We were about 2 months delayed for our titles. One word of warning before u settle. Make sure your boundary pegs are in and stay in, take photos. Ours were in and then the developers were driving all over our land and pulled them out. We had to cop the bill for them to be put back in. our neighbour took photos and had proof they were Friven over so developers paid for them. Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 19Dec 01, 2010 10:15 pm Yes we know have crossovers and foot paths ready to be laid, street lights are in, and most retaining walls are down! I know what you mean She_Re_Mc we chose our block back the start of March and are only now just having our colours appoint tomorrow etc! Choosing a design was hard as we bought the land seperate to the house contract too many to choose from! chezford great idea our builder pointed this out too as its a $1300 cost to replace them! They said make sure they stay in and to hit them with a hammer [size=85]Land Settled: 4th March Site Cut: 29th March Screw Piles: 5th April Plumbing start: 6th April Plumbing Completed: 7th April Slab boxed: 11th April Slab poured: 15th April Frame start: 19th April Re: Is anyone building Eden at Skye - Stage 4 20Dec 02, 2010 12:30 pm Hi all, I thought Eden at Skye is an exclusive estate of M3trcn. To those who are not building with them, could you please let us know with whom are you building with and where did you buy your land? I'm just curious I built with EB back on 2009.
