Love that seductive limba crystal gloss cupboard think I might have seen it somewhere else oops that would be my house. Well you wont believe it but we are going to put our house here on the market around the end of may and are going to build another house up in Geraldton, hoping this builder lives up to his reputation. Hope all goes well for you Kazzbah. Building switchthree90-Carpet and splashback and blinds 730Apr 28, 2012 7:53 pm Thanks kazzbah! Tell me more about your shower niches. Did the builders tile it and slope it slightly for water drainage? Did you have to specify that? I'm a bit worried that mine won't be done like that. We sold our home in about 17hrs didn't even have it's first home open so now we are on the build again this time with Redink fingers crossed all goes well with this build. Now I have to start making choices again let the games begin hahah so to speak. Building switchthree90-Carpet and splashback and blinds 736Jul 30, 2012 8:38 pm Kazzbah- I LOVE my flooring! It doesn't show dirt, it's tough, it looks as good today as it did 6 months ago. There are a few places where it's been scratched- the fridge going in and one from something else but you have to get down on hands and knees to see it. My kids give it a really hard time, cars, scooters etc and it looks great still. Good luck with the new build! I couldn't go back just yet! my new build thread- Ben Trager https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=89826 my switch build thread (2011) https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=36569 Re: Building switchthree90-Carpet and splashback and blinds 737Aug 31, 2012 2:31 am hi there, new to this, i'm building with switch in aveley.......i'm still in uk. should i be worried they have such a layed back "she'll be right mate" approach to any concerns i have, SS is total rubbish. any advise? Building switchthree90-Carpet and splashback and blinds 738Sep 05, 2012 11:30 pm Duvaldreamer- I'd love to tell you that's unusual but it's not. It took months and months for us to get the final few things done at ours. The silicone around the ensuite spa and cabinetry was only done last month and we got keys in December. The communication at switch is abysmal, the follow up terrible. Having said that, the house is great, we've had no major issues at all. Good luck For anyone else reading I'm planning to do a moved in update within the next few weeks. . my new build thread- Ben Trager https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=89826 my switch build thread (2011) https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=36569 About a year ago, I embarked on a DIY project to construct an outdoor Pergola, which measures approximately 5.2 meters by 4.0… 0 29607 I have motorised roller blinds in my house.
