The minor things were - Taller door frames in the living areas as to match the high ceilings ( make it more 'grand' lol) we priced them but holy cow for an extra 300mm of door frame and door - the cost was stupid! couldn't justify the second one was we have a few two way switches around the scullery/kitchen/living - i wish we put on near our room, so when it's time for bed, you walk (what feels like 50m) hehe to turn of living - walk in the dark to the bedroom - that's it ... other than that we planned the house for so long you pick up alot from your first house that you did do. How's yours coming along ...not long now till your slabbed! Follow Feggle viewtopic.php?f=31&t=34992 Follow lilfeggle viewtopic.php?f=31&t=37149 Asbestosis Sux! Bout freaking time, only a week late. Broker says we should have docs by Monday, and that we could get settlement the week after, but, I'm about at the point that every time someone gives me a time frame I double it, cos thats just the way its been. In other news- our street now appears on the landgate website and I can see what our street number will be! And we got yet another try at final plans from the builder, will need to get yet another set as there are things that need to be changed (only 2 this time- and one is something we missed) so hopefully not too much longer. Council got plans about a month ago, and when I spoke to them last week they said they are clearing them in 4-6 weeks. I'm alsmot ready to admit we won't be in for christmas, but not quite my new build thread- Ben Trager https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=89826 my switch build thread (2011) https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=36569 Re: Building switchthree90- UNconditional approval!!!! 260May 17, 2011 10:51 pm Yay for the "un" Timeline Aug 08-Land Mar 09-Demo/Titles Sept 10-Handover No1 Sept 11-Handover No2 April 12-Sold No2 Aug 14-Land/Demo Jan 15-Slabs viewtopic.php?f=31&t=25736 About a year ago, I embarked on a DIY project to construct an outdoor Pergola, which measures approximately 5.2 meters by 4.0… 0 29553 waste of time for us having both, living only need one or the other.
