Mine is only 300 m2 under the roof. Can not go over that as it already 49% coverage. Anyway, I tried to contact the Ashwood Lanes developer about the gas connection as could find it in the block details. Also I could not open an account with Alinta as they could not find the address!! Has your builder submitted the plan to the shire yet? Re: Building switchthree90- Final plans- sort of 232Apr 19, 2011 10:06 am Westy- yep, about time indeed! I spoke to TA for the first time yesterday (have sent her dozens of emails) and was surprised, she was lovely! Gundala- we come pretty damn close to the site coverage. I haven't yet tried to open accounts cos I figure I need to wait for settlement. Yep, plans submitted last week, so hoping for action in 4-6 weeks brb- cheers, I love that I can have masses of laundry piled up, not to mention smalls drying on a rack and no one ever has to see it!! Got five of my 15 fixes back on a variation order, none cost me money ( and I don't think the others will either) hoping for my new final plans by the end of the week. my new build thread- Ben Trager https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=89826 my switch build thread (2011) https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=36569 Re: Building switchthree90- Final plans- sort of 233Apr 19, 2011 11:28 am Hi Tinks! Not building yet ... have to sell the house we are in first and we are a little way off getting it on the market. Plus, the market is a little flat right now. Have to find a plan that will suit our block too! Re: Building switchthree90- Final plans- sort of 234Apr 19, 2011 12:54 pm tinkster Westy- yep, about time indeed! Also in point 11. it is stated that additional percentage allowed is 37.5% this seems too high, how about yours? We also like your design so do u mind giving us a idea about your house price. Tks alot Re: Building switchthree90- Final plans- sort of 236Apr 19, 2011 11:55 pm Gundala- I'll look up the particulars for you tomorrow, the working days sounds about right tho, but I can tell you the house started at about $180K Its nowhere near that anymore! Did you decide to go with content? Ok please tell me as I still yet to decide to go ahead with content. I was so occupied with materials selection and did not realise that in the schedule the builder put 350 working days for completion!! or 18 months to complete. Is this normal?
