We have looked at a lot of the bigger builders but have been told by a few people that they are more about quantity not quality. Does anyone know of any local builders who have a good reputation? Thanks Hi firey, In which stage is ur lot? Mine is in Stage 7. Ur correct, it is better to go with a small builder who would finish the house quickly with quality fittings at an affordable cost.
