Most of the living area is the second storey, downstairs we only have the garage, entry, home theatre and undercroft storage area (aka dungeon). We would have liked a lot more rooms with three kids! We now have about 80-100 square meters of retaining, a LOT of soil to shift, gardens, paving, and a driveway to go outside. Then we still need to put window furnishings down stairs- lucky one of our wonderful neighbors is a luxaflex dealer. We also ditched all our furniture before we moved and now we need to buy just about eveything.... We are sleeping on a mattress on the floor! The kids got new beds first.
