Re: OUR BIG BET - H3NLEY Vs CLARENDON - WHO WILL WIN?? 51Nov 08, 2007 11:33 am I've got a small question. Is it a must to have the pegs in before title is released? My solicitor called up the developer and they said title is due out end of the month and I just went and have a look at the land yesterday and still dont see any pegs yet. Very straight and sturdy too, so it can't get stolen!!!!!!!!!!!!! Funny another one went up in our court but it is bent - I didn't do it either before you say anything! Plus it's easier for me to celebrate your loss in Berwick And i'd hope that Agent Matty might decide to show some fellow moderator loyalty, and if not, i'm sure he'd still want to have a crack at fitting out my theatre/house? If he's nice to me that is? Cookie, come anywhere near my water meter, i'm gonna cut something off and make it into one of these!
