Just read through your thread so far, wow about the tiles have they given you a cost for the upgrades yet? And the 2cm council hold up! Presume that got sorted out if you have a start date! What size Ivanhoe are you building? We are still looking for a house design, loved the PD Queenstown but it doesn't suit our block unfortunately. The Ivanhoe is a lovely design too Hi Pinchy, the upgrades on our tiles were around $6k, not ideal but they're what we wanted, I hope they turn out good or i'll cry (some more) The 2cm OMG, just a formality apparently, which has set us back around 6 weeks, thanks for nothing Cardinia Mayor, you did nothing We are building the Ivanhoe 30 with a Canterbury facade, with very little change to the plans, just extended the little WC wall in the ensuite for extra privacy and added a small long window to the master, other than that the design was perfect (on paper anyway ) From what I have seen PD build a great home, that combined with my perfectionist husband should make a great product My building thread : viewtopic.php?f=31&t=36059 Paid initial deposit 24/7/10 Tender appointment 20/8/2010 Flooring and tile appointment 25/9/10 Colour and Electrical appointment 13/9/10 December site start delayed Site start (YAY!) 17/1/11 Slab pour 1/2/2011 Re: Our Pakenham Ivanhoe, we have a start date!! 47Jan 05, 2011 5:08 pm flagstaffIV About bloody time B1!!!
